I had a terrible experience with this tax office. I submitted all the requested documents for my taxes and was completely ignored by multiple employees. Despite sending numerous emails, I received no response. They also made several mistakes, such as failing to send my medical bills to the tax authorities. I had to constantly call to find out what was happening—especially after Cedric, who was handling my taxes, suddenly left the office, leaving my case unresolved. As a result of their incompetence, I was fined twice, and they never reimbursed me.

This office is completely unreliable. I paid for a service expecting assistance and less stress with my taxes, but I ended up with the exact opposite experience.

*I was in contact with them until November 2024 because my 2023 taxes were completely mishandled. My last two emails were requests for reimbursement, both of which were ignored. Before responding, please check your emails.

Stefan ignored my 16 emails and several phone calls for 6 MONTHS!(!) until I managed to eventually reach him on the phone in Feb, when he tells me he urgently needs original documents for March!

Since my taxes are now urgent, (because he's been ignoring me for 6 months) I took time off work and travelled an hour through bad weather to his office the next day for an appointment to give him the documents he needs. When I arrive, I am told he has left the office, although no one in his office thought to contact me and cancel the appointment, so I leave.

As my taxes are now urgent, and he does not respond to emails or phone calls, or turn up to in-person appointments, I sent him a perfectly professional email to say that his services were no longer required, I have engaged another company to file my tax return. All of a sudden, he is very keen to respond to me, with abusive emails late at night telling me I am 'disgusting,' I am 'treating him badly' and I cannot understand his situation because I do not have children.

I guess I should be pleased for him; he's finally figured out how to reply to emails.

I am now with a proper tax company who respond to my questions the same day, give me clear lists of the documents and information they need, and can file my tax before the deadline.
